  •  Sexual Penetration by Foreign Object (I.C. 18-6608) – DISMISSED!
  •  Felony Possession of Meth reduced to misdemeanor Paraphernalia charge!
  •  Felony DUI reduced to misdemeanor DUI! – 2X!
      Accomplished this in 2 different cases for 2 different clients in July
